Individuals
When you struggle with a personal issue that negatively affects your well-being, mental health or daily life, we’re here for you. We provide individual therapy for patients age 6 and older to deal with difficulties resulting from traumatic or life-changing events, emotional problems, negative thought patterns, or inappropriate coping mechanisms or behaviors. We’ll help you identify and clarify your problems, figure out what causes them, and understand how to overcome them.
Couples
If your marriage or relationship is at an impasse and you need an outside perspective, we are in your corner to help. Our psychologists and therapists offer couples relationship counseling and therapy to help you identify the differences that create challenges in your relationship. They can then help you find solutions that you can incorporate into your life to live better together.
Families
We’re here to help your family when you run into problems that affect your ability to lead effective and happy lives.
